Storm Crow Safety Plan

The safety of our employees and guests is our top priority! We have developed a Covid-19 safety plan following government guidelines to keep you safe.

SCREENING: We have procedures in place to keep guests and employees from entering the establishment if they have had Covid-19 symptoms, or if they are required to be in self-isolation for any reason (ie coming in contact with someone with Covid-19, or arriving recently from outside of Canada). We will also be requesting contact information from guests to help public health authorities in any possible contact tracing

HYGIENE: We will provide sanitizer for guests to sterilize their hands upon entrance and when using the washroom. Stringent hygiene protocols and training have been implemented for all employees. We are switching to digital menus (single-use paper menu available upon request) and strongly encourage guests to use contactless payment options. 

CLEANING: Anything that guests touch will be disinfected between sittings.  A strict cleaning protocol has been established for all shared surfaces and washrooms.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING: Seating capacity has been reduced by more than 50% to accommodate 2 meter distancing between groups.  The maximum group size is 6 and guests are asked to maintain a 2 meter distance from other guests and employees at all times. 

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: All staff will be required to wear a cloth or surgical mask while on shift, and all guests are asked to wear their mask at all times, except for when seated at their table. 

NO JERKS: While we support your right to believe in whatever weird conspiracy theories you find most amusing and/or terrifying, please come back another time if you are unwilling to comply with our policies or the advice of BC’s Public Health Officer.  Any person not adhering to our policies or infringing on the safety of a guest or employee will kindly be asked to leave.
