By using this website or making a reservation with Storm Crow Manor, you agree to these terms. We're going to keep them readable.
This site is provided as-is for the purpose of telling you about the bar/restaurant, our menu and events, and helping you reserve a table. Don't use it to scrape data wholesale, transmit malware, attempt to reverse-engineer security measures, or otherwise misuse it. Normal browsing and bookmarking are fine.
Reservations made through this site are processed by Tock. The terms of Tock's own platform apply to the booking transaction itself.
Cancellation: Tables booked through Tock can typically be cancelled up to a few hours before — your confirmation email has the specifics. No-shows for ticketed events (Tarot Thursdays, ticketed trivia nights, etc.) are non-refundable.
Group size: Parties of more than 10 should call us directly at 416-367-2769. The website's reservation widget caps at smaller party sizes.
Late arrival: We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the booked time. If you're running late, please call ahead.
Many of our dishes are or can be made gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan; tags on the menu indicate which. We take allergies seriously, but our kitchen is shared and we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free of trace allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, eggs, soy, or sesame. If you have a serious allergy, please tell your server (and ideally mention it at booking time) so we can accommodate you safely.
Storm Crow Manor is not liable for adverse reactions where guests have not disclosed allergies.
Guests of all ages are welcome. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required to purchase alcohol; we reserve the right to refuse service.
The Storm Crow Manor name, logo, theme-room concepts (Cyberpunk Lounge, Mary Shelley Bar, Hell Room, etc.), the Dungeon Meal and Random D-20 Shot game mechanics, menu names, and the photography on this site are property of Storm Crow Manor and our parent company. You're welcome to share photos of your visit on social media and link to the site. Commercial use of our IP requires written permission.
References to Pokémon, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, World of Warcraft, Cthulhu, and other fandoms on the menu are non-affiliated culinary tributes — they're commentary and parody, not endorsement by or partnership with the rights holders.
We link out to Tock, SilverPay (gift cards), and various social platforms. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites — their own terms apply when you visit them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storm Crow Manor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at our premises. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll change the "Effective" date above. Material changes (e.g., new reservation policies) will also be flagged on social and to the mailing list.
